Japan is fast becoming alarmed at the problem of the "strong Yen," but as former Vice-Finance Minister for International Affairs Eisuke Sakakibara (better known as "Mr Yen") says, it is really it is a problem of the "weak Dollar" - and that is much more worrying for the world as a whole.
