Tokyo -- Foreign Minister Katsuya Okada had an angry exchange with his Chinese counterpart on Saturday, according to fresh reports.

Chinese Foreign Minister Jiechi Yang became enraged by Okada's repeated calls for a reduction in China's nuclear weapons arsenal.

During the trilateral meeting in the South Korean city of Gyeongju, which also involved South Korean Foreign Minister Myung-Hwan Yu, Okada pressed the issue of Chinese nuclear weapons, only to receive an increasingly angry respons...
