Abu Mahjoob, a stereotypical Arab region cartoon personality, is pleading for mercy from angry lambs' that respond, "Did you ever know the definition of mercy?"
This cartoon, by Palestinian cartoonist Emad Hajjaj, is released the first day of Eid al Adha, celebrated by Muslims, when lambs (or sheep) are slaughtered by the millions.
The cartoon also resembles the end of the Libyan former leader, Gaddafi, when the rebels extracted their revenge.
The title of the carton says in Arabic: "Conflicting reports about the survival of Butcher Abu Mahjoob, who is surrounded by local sheep and foreign sheep." "Foreign sheep" in the title refers to NATO’s involvement in the Libyan situation.
