Japan Thanks Kuwait Upon Arrival of Oil Aid

Ambassador Al-Otaibi deliveres a speech at an event was held on the occasion of the arrival of a tanker carrying the first shipment of oil aid from Kuwait. Al-Otaibi expressed confidence that Japan will rebuild itself soon, as it proved the ability to bounce back from the devastation in the World War II and has become a global leader of economy and technology.
