Kan Cabinet

Tokyo -- Two major characteristics appear to define the second Kan administration as it sets out to fulfill its goal of "words and deeds"; namely, that it is a heavyweight line-up and that it is more conservative than the cabinet that Yukio Hatoyama launched a year ago.
